About Himanshu Singh
- Himanshu Singh founded HSA Advisory in November 2023, specializing in Corporate Finance, Capital Raise, and Strategic Advice
- Prior to HSA Advisory, Himanshu had c.12 years of investment banking experience in advising clients on complex and strategic transactions across the UK, Europe and Middle East
- Himanshu has successfully executed multiple deals involving buy side, sell side, fairness opinion and capital raise, acting for clients incl. but not limited to Apollo, MS&AD Holdings, First Abu Dhabi Bank, FNZ and TEAM plc
- Previously, Himanshu held the roles of Associate Director in EMEA Financial Institutions Group (FIG) team at UBS, Assistant Director in EMEA FIG team at Deloitte and Analyst in EMEA FIG team at Nomura
- Himanshu did his MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow in 2011 and bachelors in Engineering from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (NSIT) in 2009
- Outside work, Himanshu is a married man with a young child, and has keen interest in cricket and leads a team of cricket club based in East London, that he founded in 2016
