During his tenure at Nomura's EMEA Financial Institutions Group, Himanshu's skills helped him constantly exceed expectations. He was reconised as highly technical and one of the most capable junior bankers in terms of computer modelling. A very hard worker, the long hours he spent positioned him as a highly reliable, motivated and greatly appreciated team member. Nomura's decision to exit Cash Equities and Equity Capital Markets is the indirect reason for Himanshu having to leave us, as a consequence of the cluster he worked in (UK Banks coverage) being having been dismantled.

Himanshu was an excellent member of the team. Demonstrated great dedication/ tenacity, good technical skills, passion and team work.

Having had the opportunity to interact with Himanshu at a professional and personal level, I can confidently say that Himanshu is a very hard working, passionate and dedicated individual, a definite asset for any team, always ready to go the extra mile to ensure that the business and organisation succeeds. Himanshu is a enthusiastic, proficient and extremely laborious guy. He is prolific in almost everything whether its sports or studies. He was the youngest captain of the school Cricket team till 2005. I still remembered certain incidents in school, where he exhibit his considerable leadership skills and have volunteered to take responsibilities for utterly paradoxical situations. He was the favorite student of all the teachers and brings an insight and energy to the classroom by spreading highly competitive vibrations. He topped CBSE East Delhi results in 12th by securing 97%.I am sure he will be a prolific asset for any organization he will work for.

Himanshu is an ultimate executer of ideas. He not only took many initiatives as the hostel representative and leaders of various groups in the college but also guided them to fruition. Himanshu’s technical knowledge in finance was stellar and we were greatly benefited by his valuable insights and financial modeling skills. Himanshu went beyond the theories and honed his skills and intuitions pertaining to actual financial world. This was reflected in his brilliant performance in many campus events which were modeled on the real market. He was one of the highest garners of arbitrage profit from a portfolio of foreign currencies in one of the courses. His attention to details and team spirit made him one the sought after group members in the college. His dedication to work is unmatched and he is brilliant in multitasking. Himanshu is a great cricket enthusiast. His analysis and prognosis of the game are backed by his stellar skills on the field and this makes him unique and credible. In college, he gave birth to a new style of management – MBC (Management by Cricket) by distilling leadership lessons from the game.
